Post C2S 6 month ownership review - Video

I have done a short review of my car now that I have had it 6 months.

Includes look at Burmester, PDCC and PDK and a few issues.

Hope you enjoy.

Nick

That noise would be really annoying that is for sure...............................

I ordered the multi function wheel as well. I like the controls...

Are you happy with it?

Very nicely done thoughtful review! Thank you. That is a particularly good looking build IMHO. Love the sport techno wheels with that color.

You had me commenting "yes, me too" to your observation about finding excuses to drive and endlessly admiring the design. I was surprised that you didn't comment on the Sport PASM: guess that reflects the non-issue of its modest lowering. I love mine and find that it returns some of the lost "feel" of earlier cars. I haven't driven a 991 with SPASM and PDCC so don't knowhow it feels- but I believe the performance claims. It sure looks great in your video.

One particular annoyance I have is the wind pressure "booming" in the interior - have you noticed any of that?

I wonder if your wind pressure issue is in some way related to the annoying sunroof noise I am also having. I think there is an issue with the rear pressure vent particularly in cold weather

I have not had anything like that whistle that you showed: thats the first time I have heard of that. It sure sounds like a seal somewhere must be the cause.

The wind pressure issue I mentioned is a deep harmonic booming above about 60 any time there is one or both windows all the way down with the sunroof closed. Pop the back of the roof and it goes away. The seals work fine- no air can escape without creating a pressure wave. A couple of posters have mentioned taping something between the mirror and the door to stop it at the track. I am hoping that the new sport mirror will somehow fix it at some reasonable cost (if there is such a Porsche thing).
