Any feedback on the clearbra maintenance or the PSE install? I think my posting of the options buried the questions I had which is why I didn't get any responses.

The clear bra is a great addition and will last a long time. I have Xpel. It is self healing and looks great as long as it is done well. Look around for a great installer. As far as maintenance - treat it like paint. I also did my doors in case someone dings me.
I have PSE from the factory but have read here that it can be installed but is expensive but I don't have any experience with it.

Thanks for all the feedback. THe car came home last week, and is set to go back to the dealer tomorrow for the clearbra install. Here are some photos:

I notice the edges on my factory fender bra difficult to keep clean. Any suggestions ?

Trace edges with q-tips dipped in Wurth city's degreaser. Rewax area. Wax away from the edges, don't pull wax into the edge. Or use a spray wax in those areas. Or tape off with blue painters tape.

Thanks LexVan. I think most of the dirt buildup happened when I Clayed. I'll pick up some Wurths degreaser and just use spray wax around the edge of bra

Welcome fellow new jerseyan! Clear bra is a must have especially with all of the junk on the road around here. I got mine covered with xpel on the whole front. Ask to have the edges wrapped where possible - that means they don't trim it at the edge, they tuck around .5" to the backside of each panel. This will give a reduction of gunk building up along the edges against the white paint. As far as winter tires, tire rack has some OZ's that I just got for my C2 with Michelin tires. They look great in black and will set you back 3-4k. iI's not that bad when you consider it will cost a few hundred $ twice per season to swap tires on your stock wheels.

I went back and forth on buying a set of winter wheels and tires, and finally opted just to get another car. Had more to do with miles/mpg than winter weather, but good to have AWD again. This little Subaru gets 36 MPG (on regular gas!). My first automatic (CVT) ever.
