GT3 rear wing on a 991 C2S?
I've been waiting for the parts to become available & was hoping to add a GT3 rear wing.
Has anyone done this or looked into?
Parts dept. told me it won't work without extensive modifications, because the latch is positioned a few inched differently.
Supposed to be around $8.5k, anyway.

Love the color of your car. Don't do it. Cheaper to sell your car, and buy the real deal.
If you must "do something", maybe consider doing the ducktail instead.

I wouldn't tamper with such a beautiful and unique car. The Aetna Blau pts looks great. In fact, I believe there is a high likelihood you car appears in the "Dream Cars" episode on the production of the 991.

Wing or no wing....
Hey, thanks everyone!
Yes, it's Aetna Blue PTS color.
It was just a thought...
...I love the car & plan on keeping it, just you know how it is
Have nothing against the ducktail-type rear spoilers, just not the look I think I'm going for, if I was to do anything.
Figured just replacing a rear decklid with a factory part that would be easily reversible might be fun, but no way doing any permanent mod to it.
Well not now anyway, lol.

I'd try to get a GT3 without the rear wing long before I tried to get a C2S with one.
Not sure what the post delivery installation costs would be, but for a few grand over what you estimated, you could get the PowerKit (which maybe you already have).
I mean maybe if you were really, really going to track it, like a LOT, then maybe you could make a case to do that but if that was the case just get a GT3 anyway. I'm guessing if you went with a very personalized and luxurious C2S its not going to be a track dog anyway, so there's no need for the spiked collar.
I think the GT3 wing looks stupid anyway, YMMV.
