I love the Duck. I saw a 991 with it and fell in love!

Default Cabrio Aetna Blue

I love that color too!
Took me some time to find a cabrio with Aetna blue color. Hopefully, in the next weeks the ducktail will be painted for assambly and the clear Led tail lights.

Yes, it's Aetna Blue PTS color.
It was just a thought...
...I love the car & plan on keeping it, just you know how it is
Have nothing against the ducktail-type rear spoilers, just not the look I think I'm going for, if I was to do anything.
Figured just replacing a rear decklid with a factory part that would be easily reversible might be fun, but no way doing any permanent mod to it.
Well not now anyway, lol.

Default Another Aetna Blue...

...congratulations, that's great! Really like how some of the parts are painted, also...

Why? It would look terrible on your car and poserish. Might as well paint your brake calipers yellow while you're at it.

Don't do it.

Add a GT3 wing, add a cup wing, whatever. When you have a PTS color it's much better to just mod that because the chances of finding another car in that color... not likely to happen.

^ actually that is pretty decent track build. Front tracks extended just like a cup car.

Don't do it!

Also that brown interior complements the blue perfectly. Very unique!

Has anyone done this or looked into?
Parts dept. told me it won't work without extensive modifications, because the latch is positioned a few inched differently.
Supposed to be around $8.5k, anyway.

it will throw the aero balance way off at speed ... and as others pointed out it will negatively impact the perceived size of your wiener!

Aerokit cup or Duck would be the way to go IMO

I haven't done it, and don't think I would either, but honestly looking at the WM for the GT3 deck lid and wing assemblies I don't see why it would be that challenging to do. Of course as others pointed-out I think that there might be some dimensional differences or positions in the parts that could require customization.... but all doable without altering the rear side panels. You might have to change the rear bumper cover as well unless you have a C4S with the light strip. Very interesting project if you ask me....
