The decision to only do a little custom stitch was all mine and actually had nothing to do with the price, just my personal preference. I like all deviated stitch on certain cars, but as it is Amber (Orange) I thought it would be too much having that much deviated color. It is an acquired taste as it sits...... Still available and I will honor a very generous Rennlist discount to get it into a good home...

I'd be all over it if it were a C2S!

Maybe you should try a C4S... It's much, much better than the 997 C4S. 95% of the time you won't notice you're in an AWD car. Seriously... Just try it. It won't hurt
This car deserves a nice home.

I have to agree here. Also, widebody.

Moi aussi! I would give the new 991 Carrera 4S serious consideration!

Eduardo and Brett,

After reading post of others that stated they were surprised that the car hadn't sold, my intent was to offer some plausible reasons, other that the obvious reason, which is the $148K price tag. I certainly was not trying to be critical of such a beautiful car.

I have simply seen too many cars with only partial deviating stitching, Usually the main pieces missed were the steering wheel and the shifter boot (MT). My thought is if you are going to so dev. stitch then do it all the way, or not at all. Incidentally, I think the bi-color dev. stitch is good because of the two tone leathers.

I certainly you find a home for this beautiful car,

I'd have to pony up another $80k over and above my 06 997 Carrera 4 in order to buy this one...

Ouch.

There is a very happy person out there tonight! I really thought about that car but I want an x51 or something juicier. But that color really got my attention. Congrats Brett, nice build and sale!
