The lower black lip spoiler on 2014 50th Anniversary 911 keeps coming unattached after scaping on road/ driveway, etc. Tried double sided trim tape but still doesn't prevent it from comming off. Thought about putting screws on the edges but may ruin bumper if torn away. Any successful ideas on this?
New spoiler is around $250 so not real expensive but adds up when I lose them while driving. The front bumper was repainted in the past so this may effect how well the spoiler attaches to the bumper.
Hello 911-50 Brethren. If anyone wants this brushed steel AM badge (sold as is) please send me a PM. $25 and a shipping label gets it. PM me for details. Diameter is 3 1/8" no installation hardware included. Been using this as a paperweight in the office but time to move on from it. This is not a Porsche OE part. Thank you.
Hello, I’m casually beginning my search and research for a 50th anniversary Coupé. A question for the owners is regarding rarity. My dream spec is a Geyser gray car, with houndstooth, non sunroof, and must have rear wiper. I’d be open to the other two colors if they checked all the boxes. Does that spec exist and how exceedingly rare is it. I’m ok with manual, but would prefer PDK as it will be my old man car. Thanks for any input you can give…thanks

Welcome to the madness: Geyser Gray, houndstooth and PDK may not be that hard to find, however, throw in the Sunroof Delete and rear wiper and that may be an adventure. Will keep my eyes open. Good luck!
maybe someday i'll understand the obsession with the rear wiper
When you live in certain climates and use a 911 as intended you’ll understand the rear wiper. My last 911 will be in the parking lot of a local bar, while a foot of snow falls and I sip a bourbon and play a few more games of pool.

I remember seeing one for sale recently with a rear wiper, but I don’t know how prevalent: I would guess 10%. (To me that’s a minus $10,000 option if I see it.)
I saw that car, and it was near perfect for me but it had a sunroof, although it was metal, so that was doable. The problem for me was it was in eastern Canada and I’m in CA, so it was a pain in the butt, and expensive to import.
I think a few of us with 911-50s had some make-or-break options to consider. Mine were Geyser, Sport seats in Pepita, PDK, paddle shifters, rear wiper. That's more or less in descending order, since I knew I could add the paddle shifter (instead of the +/- buttons which are not me) and the rear wiper was a 'nice to have' but not 'got to have'. The other bits were required. I ended up with all the above but the wiper. (And a metal sunroof FYI.)
In my looking, I saw a handful (10% sounds right) with the rear wiper, but def didn't have my chosen list of prioritized items. I don't recall any with sunroof-delete, though I'm sure some data guru on here has access to the number. Somebody on here already said that the no sunroof PLUS the rear wiper is going to be minuscule, if at all. Perhaps the metal sunroof plus rear wiper could help narrow your sights more realistically.
My penchant for the rear wiper goes back to my early 930s that both had them. I thought they looked cool, plus I actually used them for the southern US deluges that can pop up occasionally.
