Someone talk me out of wanting to get a GT3 Touring! If I get that I'll have to sell the 50th as I don't have enough garage space. Though I could park the wife's car outside. ![ducking](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/icon107.gif)
Why do I want a Touring? I wanted a GT3 before, but wasn't practical and a bit too flashy for me. The Touring is a lot more subtle. And now my son can't really even fit in the back seat anymore so why even have the backseats?!
The reasons not to get a Touring:

The reasons not to get a Touring:
- A lot more $$
- For tax and reg we're likely talking about $20k plus which is absurd!
- Love my 50th!
- YOLO! I ain't getting any younger!

I would talk you out of all other cars, but the GT3 Touring would be a worthy successor to the 50th.

Can you stack the Touring on top of the 50th? Or find another garage for the Touring or the 50th? I am afraid the ride on the Touring may be harsher than the 50th so you might want to use the 50th for comfy road trips, let alone noise level.

None of you guys are helpful! It's like asking a bunch of drug addicts to hold my drugs. You're suppose to say "keep the 50th, you don't need a touring!"
And I mean that in a nice way!
No room to stack! If i could I would. I'll tell you what, I thought the suspension on my 50th was harsh. I got the DSC and that thing is amazing. I 100% would get one for a 991.2, no brainer. Just so much more tolerable driving it around. BTW, I wouldn't say the 50th is comfy for long distance. I already feel like I need to "roll myself" in and out of the car. I'm getting old, next car may be a caddy!

it's a marginal upgrade.
i know. i know. the GT3T is the pinnacle of 911s
...but in a larger sense just a base 991 is one of the top sports cars in the world and already the pinnacle of cars.
the 50th is an amazing car. enjoy it.

Ok, now we’re getting somewhere. If ride quality is a deciding factor, absolutely keep the 50th. No GT3 has ever been accused of being comfy for regular driving. The sound and feel are amazing, but would get old. I’ll make you a deal, if you buy one and hate it I’ll trade you my 50th for it. I’m a nice guy like that.

In all seriousness, we all want a Touring but in reality, a 991 is already so much of a sports car! And the 50th is just so classy with all the chrome trim and pepita fabric. Keep your 50th!
