I don't know how you could compare the two cars with respect to both price and performance. I presume the dealer knows that you are on the list for a GT3 so he has other considerations such as how much more he will make on the GT3 or if he has another buyer for the GT3 so he wants you to take this car, etc. Is this car certified and thereby have an extended warranty? I also agree that the aftermarket options add little to the value of the car so I would be all in at the 100K, if not less.
