I'll keep my fingers crossed I don't have this issue since my dealer is 90 miles from my home. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

Are the side mufflers the same for the 991S and Base?

My 2013 C4S has PSE and it has been fine so far. However since yesterday it seems to be stuck in the "loud" mode. Pressing the console button has no effect at all.

So from the posts here seems like it's likely caused by the vacuum hose coming off?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it could very well be an issue with change over valves. Many cars have been impacted so far. I just started a thread on this topic: https://rennlist.com/forums/991/8002...l#post11133952.
