DIY Maintenance on 991
What kind of DIY maintenance are you able to do on your 991?
Oil Change?
Brake Fluid?
Spark Plugs?
Is there a good place to get instructions (e.g. video/guide) on how to do these maintenance items?

Wax on. Wax off.
Fill washer fluid.
Refuel.
That's the extent of my pay grade.

My oil change will be in 12 months. Next October 2014. Hopefully, it is not very expensive.

I forget exactly how much supplies and oil cost, but I estimate you'd save $150 by doing it yourself. Dealership charges something like $350. It is very easy to do.

What I did at home is to change oil once since I always changed my oil at 5k miles, and by the book it is only done every 10k miles.
The 991 air filters are good for 40k miles and sparkplug 60k so not much to do for a long time.

I also changed the engine oil at 4k miles then let the dealer to it later to maintain a complete service record. I also change the brake fluid, pads and rotors. I am not sure I will do too much more, at least while it is under warranty.
Of course I wash and wax it by hand, clean the interior and front grills. I found a small, dead bird in there last time. I also apply wheel wax to the wheels which helps keep them easy to clean.
