I just got a call that my car is in. I will be going up to the dealer this afternoon, but will not take it home as I'll be getting the clear bra installed along with a Passport 9500ci. I will try to get some pictures up later.
I am hoping that there may be a seperate forum for the 911/50. If anyone picks one up please list the date of registration/General area you live in (city would be nice but at least province/state). The option list would be good and the number xxxx/1963 is a must. At some point I'd like to form a registry.

TCBrown for the win! Looks to be the first North American delivery...for those of us on Rennlist anyway. I wonder if Porsche would release if it in fact was the first delivery but I suppose it all depends on dealer PPI etc...
It will be driven more than seldom. I do drive it to work in the nice weather. I decided I just dont want the hasle of being stopped by the men in blue. It will have a custom plate "50th 911" which will look nice for display. I'm going to put on a dark Porsche plate cover as well so it blends in with the graphite color. No points are taken off in a concours if you have a front plate. The next owner (it's a dead man's car) can worry about the front bumper 20 years from now.
