This is solely my personal opinion, but I don't care for ANY carbon fiber on a car that's not truly functional. After getting to see a McLaren F1 road car up close and personal (a car that is almost entirely made up of carbon fiber for lightness including tub and body), anything just for cosmetics looks tacked on to me. YMMV
