Default 2014 changes?

Does anyone know if there have been any changes at all for MY 2014? Cosmetic or technical?

Platinum Silver was dropped. Rhodium Silver was added. Not much else.

Still curious to see if they add a backup camera to the configurator. I'd love to eliminate the dimples in the rear bumper from my build.

The rear dimples are much smaller now and not very noticeable on a dark car. The dealer really encouraged me to get front and rear sensors as protection so my 911/50 will be coming with it. I hope it's easy to use and works well.

The sensors work extremely well and are very useful to me but they don't normally pick up curb stops.

True. But on a white car, like I want, they really stand out.

+1. I want the back up camera. It's available for the turbo.

I thought I saw a pic of a different gas cap. Also better looking dummy key for entry and drive.

Do you know if those changes are standard on the anniversary edition? Are they on North American vehicles as well? Also, by added do you mean optional? So far, the only change I can see that is standard is a change in the dummy key.

These are the options that are changed or added in the configurator for MY2014. The 911-50 is always a MY2014, so nothing changed for that model.
The changes are for U.S. spec. For European markets there is also DAB+ digital radio module added

One small thing I learned from a dealer last week, the console button that deals with the engine shutting off when the car is stopped has been reversed in the 2014 model so that the light is off when the feature is disabled and on when the engine sleeping function is enabled. A small thing, but it made a lot of sense to me. Perhaps there are other small "tweeks" like this.

Nope, 'fraid not. I wish that were the case. I am finding in my manual trans car that if you don't start out smoothly the engine will bog down and the auto start function kicks in and restarts the engine. Takes some getting used to.
