Brother Dave would be proud, as long as you paid cash! LOL
Enjoy!

Being a Data Analyst, I have the urge to recreate this thread with the polling option so that we could see the aggregates of where people fall amongst age categories and basic job fields... though I fear that people would groan at being asked to submit their info again.

28, Software Engineer; Just bought my first Porsche, a 2014 C2 Cabriolet. Miss the torque of the E550 Cabriolet though; still getting used to the PDK.

50. Mechanical Engineer. Two kids, two dogs. First 911. Except the warping/pealing door panels headache, love the car to pieces. And I daily drive it to work everyday. My wife is very jealous of all the attention it gets.

75, retired Engineer and now promoted to Chief Small-time Investment Officer for the 2 of us. Bought my first at 25, a Signal Orange 914. This is my 10the Porsche and 2nd 911, a 2017 911 Carrera S Endurance Racing Edition with X51 PowerKit, used for sunny day blasts. Why do I keep finding myself looking at 991.2 Turbo S ads?

33 — I am a Product Design Lead where I design and manage a team that designs the UX for software.

Got my first Porsche — a 991.1S earlier this year when I was 32.

37, Retired, Degrees in Mechanical Enginner and Marketing but spent 15 years in industrial equipment sales. I primarily worked Designing and building primarily ammonia refrigerated facilities in food, pharma and petrochem.

We bought our first 981 Boxster for my wife about 7 years ago and fell in love. Since that taste we have been hooked purchasing a Macan S, GT4, 991.1 Turbo S, 991.1 4S, GT3 Touring, 981 GTS Boxster and 991.2 GTS. We are now on car 53 and I am sure there will be a P-Car in the garage for years to come!

I'm getting the vibe this thread is bit a "Who could afford their Porsche the youngest" with a dash of "who makes the most money"...
