Greetings everyone.
Long time reader, potential first time owner.
Have been fortunate to drive just about everything from a 79 911 S/C up through the new C2S. The PDK in the 991 w/sport chrono has sold me.
I'm looking at a 2013 with no miles.
This particular dealer has approx 14 new 2013 911's still in stock with twice as many 2014's already.
The options are as follows:
176 - Sport Exhaust System
250 - Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK)
427 - 20-inch Carrera Classic wheel
636 - ParkAssist (front and rear)
640 - Sport Chrono Package
653 - Sunroof in glass
840 - SportDesign steering wheel
A1 - Black
AG - Black standard interior
XEX - Bi-Xenon headlights in Black with Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS)
Asking price is $115ish.
What should I aim for on price? $10k off? More? It's a medium sized dealership.
I'm thinking perhaps they don't deal much since they have so many 2013's still in stock.
Thanks in advance for your opinions.

I'm sure this varies between dealers, regions and supply/demand etc but I made my first Porsche purchase a month ago and my dealer was more than willing to negotiate with me... in-fact it was he who started off the conversation by quoting me the sticker price and then asking what price he should come down to!
I left a few hundred dollars per month richer but I still think there was a massive amount of wiggle room left on the table. This was for a dealer inventoried 2014 C2S with most options. When I make my next purchase I'm not shaking his hand until I see tears roll down his face at the prospect of him being unable to feed his children!

Markup from invoice to MSRP is right at 10%. Haven't heard of any "trunk money" yet on 2013's, but it arrived on 2012's around October of last year. Your proposed price is almost 9% which would be really good. Go for it and see what they counter with. Having a pile of 2013's alongside a pile of 2014's isn't a good thing for the dealer.

I had searched all summer (through August) for 2013's and dealers weren't as aggressive at discounting as I had hoped. A lot depends on the options and their hope of selling it in the short term. I never found the perfect configuration and ended up ordering one with a fair discount.
The discount you are suggesting looks great, from my experience, and if the car meets your spec I would go for it.
