50th edition still available?
I have been toying with the idea of a new 991. My dealer said 2 mths ago when they came out I better pony up a deposit if I wanted one. Just curious how fast they are selling...

Don't know. I'm sure you can find one. May need to buy out of state. If not, just custom order a 991 S and add the Power Kit. This way you get more color selections and can select either a cab or a coupe.

I do have one on order, but judging by the response on this forum I'd venture to bet that there may even be a few "in stock" when all 1963 of them are made.

Don't know either. Your PC will provide the most reliable information.
But my impression is, that the 91 50 is not selling extremly well and that there should still be some cars available. But the salesmen tell us that we should consider us lucky to get one and therefore not ask for a discount and sign the contract immediately. My dealer told me, that there are only four allocations in switzerland. On month later, 18 cars have been sold.
Good luck with the decision. Maybe this helps:
PS: Tony Hatter works for Porsche for 27 years now. He was hired long before Harm Lagaay came to blemish the 911.

Oh my.... Now look what you did! Now I want a GT3! Hahaha
In Europe that isn't such a big issue as it is in the U.S. I don't see much European people complain about that on forums.

Would be interesting to know. I know they give pretty nice discounts on regular cars, but I always thought that the GT3 wouldn't get any discount. Maybe I should visit my salesman sometime next week

Sales guy said he might be able to get me 1K off. I just like the concept of normally aspirated with the wide body.

Problem is, that the car that has to go in that case, is my Boxster S... I'm not sure if that is a good idea, because I really love that car, even with its downsides. I think I would rather buy a new Boxster S, this time with PDK and save some $90k
