Default Worth the wait...

Hi,

Yesterday was finally the day. Got a note from the dealer at 6PM Friday, picked it up 10AM Saturday. Promptly put 300 miles on it. What a great car this is! Absolutely loving it so far. Only one pic so far, spent more time behind the wheel than behind the camera

Already had my first little scrape on the front. SPASM does sit a little low, but looks great. And that bottom plastic part, no worries on that.

Thanks! Wheels are the standard Carrera S wheels, I love them too. Specs are, roughly:

Agate grey
Black leather interior
PDCC w/SPASM
PSE
PDK
Sport design steering wheel
Model designation deletion
Glass sunroof
Full LED headlights w/PDLS+
Park assist front/rear
Power folding mirrors
Premium pkg plus w/ 18 way seats (love them!!)
Bose system

Waiting to hit that 2k mile mark... First impressions is that the PDK is even better than the 2013 I tried. Not sure if it's because it's just new, or my perception is skewed. But it's soooo good. Love the paddles, imho the sport design steering wheel is the only way to go with PDK (hate the buttons on multi). Ride is firm, but not harsh at all. And finally, for those that wonder whether PSE is worth it... There's no debate, it's absolutely awesome! Both on acceleration and just letting go of the throttle and listening to those lovely burbles coming out of the back!

+1 for sure. Not only is it beautiful, it's also not a very picky color to keep looking stellar.

Beautiful car and very nicely optioned!

When you get a chance, can you share your feelings on the LED's? I was torn on ordering them and would have pulled the trigger if they came in black. There is so much chatter about them on this forum that a first hand review would be much appreciated (when you finally feel like getting out of the driver's seat, of course)!

Certainly. Have yet to drive it in the dark, but I'm sure that'll come soon. I don't have any experience with the Porsche xenon, but my previous ride was an M3 with xenon and similarly swiveling lamps. So that'll be the baseline.
