Congrats - looks really good. Now that you have some miles on it can you post your review of the PDCC with SPASM. It is tough to find a car in stock to try with these options. thanks

Awesome car!

Subscribed - I'm very interested in hearing an LED first-hand report and want to see more pics!

Love the contrast between the agate and the silver S wheels, and the LED's are almost sinister looking. Congrats on a great car tastefully built

Thanks all! First commute in the car this morning. Wish it was longer, but I guess I can't complain when it's 20 miles of very light traffic and down the twisty mountain highway :-0

I'll take the car out tonight after dark and report my impressions of the LED lights and PDLS+ in general. I can see lots of folks are interested in that one. Honestly the LED ordering on my behalf was mostly on a whim, I'm a sucker for a bit of new tech and LED makes more sense than xenon in the long run.

This is my first 911, so my baseline is different than most of you here. Initially I thought it felt a bit too jittery, regardless of whether PASM was in sport or not. But a quick check of the tire pressure settings revealed they were much too high, and uneven as well (as much as +/- 4 diff between left/right). I've lowered them to 34/40 right now, which is somewhere in between high and comfort. And that helped a lot. I'm not going to feel comfortable rendering an opinion on SPASM in general before I have a chance to take it to the track. There's a limit to how much you can get out of it on the street, especially when keeping the RPMs down. I think you'd be hard pressed to notice a difference there. On the comfort side, I'm very happy with it. It's firm and completely planted/level even at 90mph in the 45mph 180 degree highway ramps, yet not harsh at all even on the sections of horrible concrete slab highways that you guys [1] seem to love here.

It'd be great to get some 991s together and do back-to-back comparisons.

I headed out of the office early today, and took the long and interesting drive home - Guardsmans Pass, up through Big Cottonwood Canyon, end up near home in Park City. Most excellent drive! Beautiful views, and lots of hairpins and twisties. Greatly recommended! I may have "accidentally" hit 6k rpm a few times in 2nd...

Anyway, took a few pics at one of the lesser view points. The car hasn't been washed yet and I was driving in the rain over the weekend, so it's not exactly show room glossy... But on the other hand, this is probably closer to what it will look like the majority of the time. Here they are:

THANK YOU for the pics ! To my eye I do not see much difference in the rear hips between the C2S and the C4S in the 991 series. Can you comment ? I have a 997 C4S and the difference in rear view seems much more pronounced when compared to a 997 C2S.

I found the Porsche Xenons to be brighter and to swivel more than my e92 M3(s). I like it a lot - definitely a step forward in visibility.
