Default Anyone know how to remove the center console trim?

Does anyone know or have any pictures or diagrams showing how to remove the vertical trim that flanks the center console on driver and passenger side? The service tech at the dealer told me that the passenger and driver side parts are connected and it slides out like a horseshoe and you first have to remove all of the components in the center console between the passenger and driver seat. Anyone know how to go about doing this?

I want to access the PCM display's mounting points and need access to the screws that are holding the 7" display in place.

Working on mounting an iPad mini there.

Just a thought, never done that other than changing the horizontal trim on the center console.

I don't think vertical trim must slide, looks like it can be popped out like the horizontal trim.
So I guess, popped out horizontal trim (open armrest and pulled up from that end), then try to popped out AC vertical trim and finally PCM trim above it.
Please note, those are my assumption only.

search 997 forum for a post from a guy who installed an iPad mini in place of PCM screen.
