Default Passenger window not all the way up

So, I just noticed the passenger window (I have a coupe) is not all the way up. I can fit my finger nail in between the top of the glass and the plastic trim outside the car. I tried to use auto close and manual close. It still leaves that bit of a gap where I can fit the finger nail in. Also, this gap persists before I unlock the car, ie before that little bit of window drop while you unlock it in anticipation of someone opening the door. Driver's side is fine, goes right up under the plastic trim.

I tried the window reset in the manual but it still leaves that little bit of a gap. Anyone have any idea how to fix it?

Thanks in advance.

Take it to the dealer. Easy fix.

Any idea what is involved? Not terribly keen on them taking the door apart.

Sounds like something that can be fixed by resetting window indexing. Not sure how this is done on a 911, but its an electronic adjustment that does not require ripping open the door on other cars.

That is what I am hoping. BMW you can do that yourself but what is in the Porsche manual did not do it for me.

Am I the only one to have this problem? Maybe everyone is out in their car this weekend instead of on the internet!
