Loaded C2S vs. GT3?
#31
I would say price wise, GT3 is SO much more of a better buy than the C2S. Performance wise they shouldn't be even mentioned in the same sentence. Porsche certainly doesn't. And of all the GT3s, the 991 generation should be the most "daily-driveable". It has a PDK! Even my mother can drive it to get some groceries. This point is also often mentioned in many journal reviews.
There are, IMHO, only two reasons why you'd go for a C2S over a GT3:
1. You want a manual.
2. You're not on the allocation list and it's hard to get your hand on one.

There has been some discussion on this topic over in the 991 GT3 forum, at least for rennlister's we seem to be sticking to MSRP as the limit. When I was getting my allocation I found a few unscrupulous US dealers that were asking 5k to 20k over MSRP for a GT3 allocation. That was two months back so I imagine even those slots are gone now.

I have to admit, I love my car. It already draws so much attention in my area that more would be a bit overkill..I just like to shift my manual top-down and listen to the pse + fabspeed mufflers going down lonely mountain roads. But who doesn't want a GT3?
