I recently purchased a 2013 CS Cab and wondered if the creases shown in my photos were normal? I almost always store the car with the top up when im not using it. Any input would be greatly appreciated. love the car, its truly inspiring to drive!

I took mine into the dealer on Tuesday and basically asked the same question. Gunter over at Porsche of Fremont said it was completely normal. I also have some shiny spots (2 above each of the doors) that have developed, but he said this is expected as well. Gunter gets pretty solid reviews on the forums, so I trust his assessment.

Some advice: Never ever put your convertible top down when it is wet. Not even with dew on it. If it isn't absolutely dry, leave it up. Folding a damp top leads to creases.

Kosmo, when you say treat it, what are you using to treat the soft top? I asked my Porsche dealer and was told there really isn't a treatment for the cab tops? He said I might want to have it Scotchguarded, but I'm thinking that wouldn't look good on the areas that are prone to creasing....

Park it in the sun on a warm day with the top up and it will minimize them as well! If I don't put the top down for several days, the creases almost disappear!
