Default 991 cs PASM worth it?

Anyone has gotten PASM in their cars.
I'm getting A 991 cs coupe, not sure if this option will be a great thing to have.
Does the driviving changes considerable?
Aesthetically wise , does the 10mm make better the car ?

Much better to post this in the 991 tech forum.

This Help forum is for problems with the forum software or Membership.

PASM came standard on my C4S. The difference between NORMAL and SPORT suspension stiffness with PASM (not SPASM OR PDCC) is meaningful but not enormous. I generally prefer the Sport setting. When driving on smooth roads or at modest speeds there is little difference in driver comfort between the two settings. However, on rough roads, less-than-smooth expressways at high speeds, and rainy conditions I generally find the chassis more comfortable in the Normal setting. See this post for additional thoughts: https://rennlist.com/forums/991/7668...-recap.html#14 and scroll two-thirds of the way down the post.

I think he was referring to Sports PASM aka SPASM.

I have SPASM and yes it does have a firmer ride compared to the base suspension, but it is not intolerable at all. The ride / handling trade-off is more than worth it for the extra grip. But then again I track the car.

If you're mainly interested in a GT / boulevardier type of experience, you should probably skip it.

Actually I was referring to PASM, as yes, my sealer told me that S comes with it, didn't know when I ordered. Nice surprise..

OP: 10mm lower ride height do make a lot of visual difference, No PASM vs PASM vs SPASM

Yes definitely a worthwhile option to have, its gotten much better now than the 997.1 version which was plain floaty or too harsh.

PASM gives you options.

Didn't get PASM on my now sold 981S .. when driving very spiritedly, the suspension could not cope and ran out of ideas.

The one thing I wished I had specced on the 981S.
