Default Dealer Wash

I was just curious how many of you let the dealer wash your p-car when you take it in.

Never! I also don't tug on Superman's cape, spit into the wind, I don't pull the mask off the 'Ol Lone Ranger and I don't mess around with, well you get the idea.

Dealer wash? Not a chance! Might as well run 600 grit sandpaper over your car.

I get washed all the time. It's a car for crying out loud- not some rare breakable nicknack.

The dealer offers to hand wash the car and I say yes, thank you.

Print & laminate 3 of these 8 1/2 X 11 placards and put them in the windshield, rear window deck and on the passenger seat when you drop your car for service.

I started doing this over twenty-five years ago when, after asking that my car not be washed, it came back washed and swirled. They said, "Oh.....we didn't think you were serious "
