Spacer question...
#2
Ok, been doing some research on this....
...my car has 5mm from the factory all around
Seems like 14, 15 or 18's are being used on the back, but some info. says 14-15 is alright, but 18 on only lowered cars.
Does that mean or include PASM Sport?
Reason I ask, there doesn't appear to be any lowering springs available that work with that anyway.
So, guess I'm trying to find-out if anyone has added any of these to the rear.

I have H&R springs, lowered back about 1.5 inches, the front about 1.25.
I have 7mm spacers up front, 15mm on the rear.
No issues at all and I like the way the wheels fill out the wheels wells
There have been a few threads on this, if you do a search you can get different opinions and see pictures. good luck

Thanks for replying.
I saw a few, including the one before you got the springs & spacers.
Can't find any pictures though...
Do you have Sport PASM?
I'd like to lower my car also, but from what I'm reading can't do it with that.
Do you think the 18mm spacers would clear, or is that too much?

15mm on the Aetna Blue...
Ok, went with the 15mm spacers....
...I think it's a huge difference, even compared to the factory 5mm I had.
Looking down, the side wall sticks out same distance as the outer fenderlip.

Your picture is a great reminder for me about what my next mod will be, the ugly plastic on the lower half of the mirrors. If i can figure out how to remove the mirrors (and any electrical components inside) i can get the plastic hydra dipped.
cheers

No springs yet...having trouble finding what works with the Sport PASM I've got.
I'm one of those that prefer the car lower than it probably should be & 10mm or less isn't worth the swap.
A company called LOMA said they'll have something within two weeks...I'm waiting for details on what they'll offer.
Hadn't really thought about the mirrors, would you redo the base also?

Looks like you made the right call. I'm running a 15mm hubcentric spacer in the rear with a 295 on the OE 20" wheels and we can go further but not if we are going lower.
You made the right call. Our car had the wheel stud conversion done early so life was easier.
