I'm a bit confused. If you're going to put the front plate on, just screw it in. There's screws going in your back bumper. What's the difference. I don't put it on because it's ugly. I live in West Los Angeles and I do get tickets for sure. You don't get tickets from police, but rather from parking attendants, even when your meter is filled. It's hit or miss. Beverly Hills meter maids never fine you, or else every car would get a ticket. I basically have accepted the price of one ticket a month ($300/year) in front plate tickets. It's like paying $300 to have your car look great.
