White is a classic color. Have had black cars in the past and they look great when they are clean - but you have to keep them clean. Also if you get any type of scratch or road rash, you see it immediately on a dark color car. I think white hides dirt and small imperfections (like road rash) better. I just don't think you can go wrong with white - or the absence of color.

I'm on my 5th white 911, starting with a 993. I think it looks great in white and it's easy to keep clean. I'm tempted to get a silver one, next time like Haku's at 6speed. The best part of always getting white is that most of my (non-car) friends and neighbors can never tell when I get a new car

I have a new 13 Carrera C-4S in Pure White with Platinum wheels and Sport Design package. I have been stopped by at least 1/2 dozen drivers (in a month or so...) who give me the thumbs up and tell me how cool my car is. And really, if you like it, who cares what anyone else thinks.....

made the mistake of taking wife's A6 in for service a few months ago. I decided to cross the showroom to look at a white cabrio 911S. Brown top over white body, with beige interior, and with a manual transmission. I was hooked but needed to go over numbers before speaking with salesman. Got okay from my financial consultant (wife) and now have over 3k in mileage on my C2SC. Coming from a Boxster it had to be a cab. Personnally I don't think the coupe is as sharp as the Boxster or Cayman. I have had red, black, white, and silver gray vehicles before so white was not an issue. Brown on white is stunning and not that common.

I have a 2013 C2S Cab in white (not Carrara white since it's a 2013). I really like the white and think it looks very classy/refined on the 991, especially with a black Cab top and the new carerra classic wheels. That said, I have to admit a twinge of regret every time I see a Guards Red or Speed Yellow 911 roaring down the highway in the opposite direction.

I personally am not a fan of white cars...a tad on the feminine side. However, they are 100% easy to keep clean. in the end, as others have said, obviously get what you like, as its your car.
On these new 991's, I think any variant of the grey or silver hues is simply stunning.

Didnt think to google search it...some of the pics make it look a little cheap. Think the red might look a little richer

I went White with red top and red leather interior. At a show n shine on Saturday I got about 75 people complementing me on the colour choices (actually these were my wife's choices which I went along with so I could get all the performance options plus much more). I think the combination is spectacular!
