I'm one of those that thinks the "911 Carrera S" looks a little busy on the rear decklid. Are they easy to remove without leaving a mark? Anyone know how to do it? I think it would look much cleaner - and better - with just "P O R S C H E" back there. Classic and uncluttered.
I have an opposite opinion. I think the next model of Porsche should have Ferry Porsche's biography in small font under "Carrera S". It should be carried on to the rear bumper and possibly continue under the car.

Too good!!!! Didn't expect that. The water I am drinking almost came back up through my nose....!

Don't forget "A Division of VW GMBH" somewhere on the back.

HAHAHA
Way too much going on back there these days. At this rate, the next model will have the Trans Am screaming Eagle on the hood
That's why mine simply says "Porsche 911" out back. Anyone curious about whether yours is an S or not? Tell them to note the quad exhaust tips as your motoring away from them at a rapid rate.

A buddy of mine had a Screaming Chicken decal cut for his Cayman S for a DE once as a joke. Someone snapped a pic of it and it ended up on the back page of an Autoweek issue. He doesn't have the car anymore (sold it for Bitcoins) but I'll try to dig up a pic.
I just wanted to get " Carrera S" properly spaced from the factory. I was told I couldn't even though there's a picture of a 991 on a Porsche brochure with that logo under the PORSCHE nameplate .
It should just say "Carrera 2/2S/4/4S," IMHO. Anyone who doesn't already know it's a Porsche or a 911 probably isn't a candidate for further enlightenment.
