Looks nice and I like the red "S"! I'm getting closer to cleaning up my rear too () and really liked my 997 that just had the "Carrera S", that's the direction I will probably go.

Eric at bumperplugs supplied the 911 S. I think
it was about $130. I used a heat gun and dental floss
to remove the standard lettering. The whole thing
took about an hour, with most of that time being spent
lining up the new lettering.

If you are just doing the 911S and leaving the Porsche lettering, it's quick and easy. Applying the Porsche lettering is the biggest PITA. Requires OCD levels of micromeasurement etc.
