Sounds nice! I love my 18 way seats, although they are so adjustable it took me a while to get them "just right." If not already included in your package, I'd recommend the ventilated seats.
First one of the packages includes the heated and ventilated seats. With a Cab it is a very worthwhile option. I had adjustable bolsters on 996 and really liked them. Also have adaptive seats on our Audi A8 and did on E550. Great on a long trip.
So when we went to pull the old trigger to place the order the dealer now wants a 10% deposit. In February they were happy with $1,000. We also found out we can get the cognac/espresso two-tone like Panamera and Cayenne with no issue. I have emailed back-up dealer and will; order from them in the am. Have bought two Porsches from the backup up and three Porsches and an Audi from the reneger; I will give the order to the backup on principle alone. I tried going to the dealer leadership at the first dealer and left voice mail only to be called back by a floor sales manager. This dealer and its owner brags about their customer service, well guess what.
Congrats on your 2014 C4S! My Black on Black 2013 C4S Should arrive around the 21st of this month. My build list is almost identical to yours. A couple of non-necessary splurges: leather steering column, aluminum pedals, rear center tunnel in leather with the Carrera 4S on console. I'll be surprised if they don't put the auto brake button on the console for '14. It's in a very inconvenient place now!
You negotiated a great deal too! I was only able to negotiate 5% percent and they acted like I had them at gunpoint!!
