Bump from the past. Is any incentive still in place?

Porsche USA washed their hands of remaining 2012's by November of last year as noted in previous posts. Any further discounting will be at the discretion (and desparation) of the individual dealer. I can't believe there's still some around.
I did have a conversation some years ago with an Audi dealer who told me they got "long lot time" extra incentives if they just couldn't get rid of a car. This allegedly came into play for a 2009 TT 3.2 with manual I looked at that they were marking down over $10K, way below invoice and any known incentives. The car had been on their lot for 15 months!
If you have found a 2012 still around that meets your needs, I would try offering something unrealistically low for it based on what you've read here, then let them counter offer to see how far apart you are.

whats a reasonable discount for a left over 2012 thats still on the lot? low 100's miles, original MSRP 96K and currently asking $82K which is ~14.5% off
it is a launch car so its been on the lot almost 1.5 years now, warranty was punched to get the dealer money late last year.
with the 2014's on the way and the shorter warranty shouldn't it be more in the 20-25% off range?
