fbroen's link will answer you question about PDCC. As for PTV/PTV+ there no way to tell by looking. But if you have a 991S, PTV with a mechanical LSD is standard with the manual, and PTV+ with an electronically variable diff is standard with PDK.

Thanks guys. The edmunds suspension walkaround photos help me understand things better. I guess if the seller says it has pdcc/PTV I can't verify without checking the underside.

You can search for my posts and those from others questioning the handling of the 991, on road and on track, when PDCC is involved.
PDCC can't be turned off or put into a static state, so there's no way to be sure, short of having two identically spec'd cars, one with PDCC and the other with the same PTV but without PDCC.
Also, PDCC adds unsprung weight front and rear. It seems to be introducing peculiar handling in the car and certainly I don't like the everyday handling of my 991S with PDCC. Maybe it's also PTV that's introducing unpleasant changes in the car mid-turn, but whatever the demon, it cannot be exorcised and it is haunting my driving! Anyway, up to you. I suggest you search back over some discussion, try to get the latest facts and certainly drive with and without PDCC through some roads you enjoy (not just one or two freeway cloverleaf ramps.) Dealers have plenty of inventory now, so it shouldn't require imposing upon private sellers to find what you prefer. Of course I still advocate buying and selling privately -- there's no better assurance of getting the right car than getting to know the owner directly.

I have pdcc and i would buy it again,
to be said that the pdcc setup changes with sport and sport+
so when in normal mode it won t be noticeable unless really necessary,
i don t understant then how it can be blamed of
"changing" the drive experience i dd if not in a better way
when on bad asphalt roads

I've optioned the PDCC on my car and have also wondered about how anyone would know short of driving the car or tearing it apart. You would think that Porsche would include some sort of obvious visual cue that you had sprung for a $3000 option...
