I got just under 8% off on mine, a 2013 C2 that was sitting on the lot. Take a look at the Porsche dealer in nort east Illinois - they have 32 991's on their lot, might be willing to deal.

what dealer? I'm looking for a base cab to cruise around town. Just missed a race yellow cab in UT that was listed for $22k off (12 miles).
Look at the porscheusa website for the preowned car locator, plug in 2012-2012 and you'll find some new "punched" 991 leftovers at substantial discounts.
I recently bought a 2012 911 Cab 991 from Porsche of Chattanooga and got a great deal - they have a new 2012 Coupe with about 350 miles on it and still on the MSO with an MSRP of around $95K that they are selling for $76.5. I looked at some used ones but this deal seemed better and it's always nice to be the original owner.
i got 8% off a new custom ordered C4 Cab 2013 which I ordered in November and took delivery one week ago. Got a great deal on a 27month lease. cheaper than 36 or 48 month lease
3-5% is normal.
6-8% from some dealers on new builds.
10-15% if the car is on their lot for a while
20% on some cars that have been on the lot for 6 months
Anything more than 8% off requires a very special circumstance, and I would seriously question what is wrong with the car... (unless Porsche corporate has some promotion going on, which is unlikely until the end of a car's lifecycle)
