Geez! And here I was thinking, give up, NOBODY'S gonna get it! And I thought the movie was pretty darn good. Of course I make allowances for the impossibility of any movie ever being able to capture fully the world of Dune. But back to the subject, a reference to Paul Atreides is a little too nerdy even for me. A really good personalized plate should have as its subject something famous, and yet that is neither obvious nor too obscure, with positive connotations towards both car and driver, and ideally will be something that will seem fine to just about everyone whether they get the full meaning or not. There is one that fits the bill. And its a daisy...
