Finally ready to place my order. I just need some help on my last option. I live 2 hours from the nearest dealer so I haven't seen either in person.
I can't decided whether I should go with the sport seat plus with full black leather interior or 18 way adaptive with only seats in black leather. Works out to about the same price. Thanks for the help
Option 1
Sport seats plus ($510), black leather int ($4210), seat heating ($790), dimming mirrors ($480), PDLS in black ($1700)
Total $ 7690
Option 2
Adaptive sports seat 18 way ($4370), premium package plus ($2660), PDLS in black ($800)
Total $ 7030

That's a tough one, as only you can know which seat is more comfortable for you. FWIW, I went 18way Sport Adaptive and I am very happy. Had the other seats in my 997.2, and I find the new seats more comfortable (although it took a while to sort through all the possible adjustments!)

Hopefully I will get a chance to sit in them before my order is locked. I just wonder how much better the full leather will look ?

Once I had full leather (as I do in my 997) I found it impossible to go back (I initially ordered my new 991 without it and ended up changing the order to include it).
The front of the dash and the top section of the doors are the most obvious areas in my opinion. Take a good look at some interior pictures on a few porsche dealer websites (i.e., under 911 inventory) and you should be able to find cars with each option and compare.
I like the feel of the adaptive seats once I am sitting in them, but getting in and out of the car is a little harder and I have passengers a lot and don't want their experience to be uncomfortable especially for a female wearing a dress or someone older who will have difficulty with a low car anyway, so I didn't get them.
