Thanks Rodsky! I think the C2 would look too bare with no text on the back - I think it works on the C4 and C4S due to the light strip across the back.
I think you have your terms confused. "50% tint" allows 50% of light to transmit through while "30% tint" only allows 30% of light through. Consequently, 30% appears darker. Good luck with the new C4S!
