I like the color combo but not with the soft-top in espresso and not as much with the top down either. Since you're going with a coupe I think it will be fantastic and much better than black. The glass sunroof would go really nice with it too. You should definitely do it, I think.

I'm not feeling it. I saw a GT silver 991 with expresso, looked good.

would work better with an agate gray ext or if blue ext with agate interior IMO.

Brown and Blue just dont go together in my palette ... YMMV

All joking aside, this is not a combo for everyone, but those who like it think of it as a very sophisticated look. It could be a NY vs LA thing, but a DBM/black monotone on the outside and a brown/black monotone inside is very interesting. Again, I know it's not for everyone.

dont get me wrong, love the exterior combo, its just for me, a brown interior with anything other than a neutral exterior (white, black, silver, gray) or green makes me barf...

I bought a used '04 GT3 with MBM ext and beige interior ... NEVER again, I'm still in therapy for that particular mistake.

I think the DBM looks best with espresso/cognac with deviating carpet in espresso.

I haven't seen a specific 911 in the dark blue with espresso in the flesh.
I have espresso/cognac in my Cayenne Turbo and saw a 991 Turbo with
anthracite brown and espresso over the week end. I think it would be very classy and go well with the dark blue as I have a dark blue Silverado and it has some dark brown in the two tone interior. It is similar to the color of dark chocolate
and in dim light could be mistaken for black. I don't think there are many current Porsche colors that it would not work with.

I take no offense of your opinion. Brown and blue is just not for everyone. But as an earlier poster said in this thread, the "fact" that they don't go together is years outdated now. I have a great brown suit that I always wear with a blue shirt. But everyone's taste is different.

There's no question in my mind that DMB with espresso/cognac is a great combo, and on a regular 911 it's how I'd do DBM. But with GTS's bolder exterior, I think a bolder interior/exterior combo could work. I haven't made the decision yet, but I am very, very intrigued. btw, the leather with both the cognac/espresso or espresso interiors is sooooo much nicer than the standard leather. That's also one of the reasons to consider this combo.

This is a great combo and is def in the running for me. It's a very upscale look and I like it. But . . . build a GTS cab with black CLs and a black top. It's more of a bold look than a luxury look. And I'm thinking that the all-espresso interior is a corresponding bold look. It's all nuance I know.

DBM with cognac/espresso is beautiful and safe. DBM with espresso is a bit out there . . . and yes, I know . . . it may be too far out there.
