Midlife crisis solved again.......
Noobie here. 
Just took delivery of a new 991 Carrera S and could not be happier.

I added the platinum color lightweight wheels, clear bra, and ceramic tint. (Will post new pics as soon as we get a nice day)

I agree. I'm not a red fan, but when I saw my (former) 2005 C6 Corvette in Magnetic Red, I was blown away. It sparkled in the light. It was very similar to this color; almost Ruby red. It looked like a gem! I loved that car, but would never have gotten a fire-engine red type color.

I highly recommend Porsche of North Houston. Speak to Tino. He is a straight shooter and will get you a good deal. Tell him Glenn Anthony sent you.
My car was a special circumstance. I received a 17.5K discount off of sticker and the add on options were free (wheels, clear bra, tint). A man had special ordered this car and after it arrived and test drove it, he decided on a convertible S. I am sure he paid a penalty for not taking delivery of the vehicle that he ordered, and they passed the savings on to me. The vehicle was never titled until I purchased it.
The color is called Ruby Red and really looks a lot better now that the platinum Porsche wheels are on the car. I will post pics later this weekend.
