Default 'phone keyboard

Is it possible to alter the 'phone-screen keyboard from QWERTY to ABCDEF ?

Yeah, I'm dense like that. Was monkeying with it yesterday and saw it. Can't remember if I precisely but pretty sure you hit the OPTIONS button (lower right corner) of the PCM while in the CAR menu. Then just drill down.

Thank you, I'll give it a whirl.

Picked up my S from the dealer a couple of hours ago.

Here is your reward for helping me; enjoy!

Here's another one for you svp., Mr Holminator; every time I start my car the ventilator fan turns on - even if it was left off at shutdown.

Is this a factory setting or can it be made 'off' until activated?

I think maybe it is operating off the memory settings associated with your key, but believe me I'm not expert. I'm still figuring things out too after two months and I'm liking every minute of it too.

Haha that dog driving video is hilarious.
Try this though, turn off the vents and then set your seat memory. But from what I remember radio and vents turned on every time when I turned on the car, that and the spoiler (which I like setting half way up) goes down every time. When I get back to San Diego I'm going to the dealer if they can change the programming. I'll report back in a week or so.
