On the issue of windshield reflection from the light-colored dashboard, "yes," it is an issue. If I could I would deal with it some way. It is a bit of a distraction, although after awhile you learn to ignore it.
As to the sunroof, I have no heat problems. Don't forget there is a "shade" that slides across when the roof is closed.

On start/stop, as I said, I really want to like it but it makes me nervous. There is something about having the engine shut down at intersections that worrys me.
