Default Help - Carbon Fiber Lip & Diffuser

Ok, my first project is to install a Carbon Fiber Front Lip & Rear Diffuser - that bit is easy

Next easy bit bit, I'll be getting them from Euroteckracing http://www.euroteckracing.com/index....geid=1&id=1285

Here's where I need help, Carbon Fiber finish......

1. Gloss which will match my Porsche CF sills and steering wheel or

2. Matt which will match the exterior platinum finish wheels and back plastic

Probably not the answer you are looking for but I've never understood replacing the rubber lip with a fragile and expensive CF lip on the most vulnerable part of the car.
That said, gloss for sure!

I wouldnt want matte because it matches the plastic, making it blend in too much.

Why not install the SPASM lip, looks great and its inexpensive to replace, if not, I would go with the gloss finish.

That looks to be dimensionally the same as the original parts. Since it adds no functionality, why not just have the original parts wrapped?

The front ("chin" deflector) on my 991S with Sport PASM suffers some pretty brutal scraping on the street -- that CF piece wouldn't last.

The rear piece seems like a wasted opportunity to put a diffuser there -- something functional and discrete without making the rear end look silly.

I did a 3M wrap on my CF front lip to protect it. It is definitely scraped and will replace the 3M.
