Added:
1. Porsche Crest Logo on the center armrest and
2. A viper (not sure about this yet, will see...)

Any thoughts on vipe has wash function or just a viper? Will find out from the sales later...

Hi Fester,

Great build! I've just taken delivery of a 991 C2S in platinum/espresso with almost the same spec (I'll post photos shortly). I came from a 997.2 C2S GTsilver/cocoa and, in my view, the espresso should look superb with the GT silver

Not sure if your spec is locked as yet, but here are some thoughts for you to consider:

- steering column casing in leather. I had this on my 997.2, but didn't get it on my 991. I don't think this is a "must have".

- I would consider adding the additional leather package for the top of the dashboard / surround for the chrono clock (not sure what the option code is). The dash looks a bit unfinished without it.

- I ordered the leather center console surround to replace the metal/alloy. I'm really pleased with how this looks.

- consider the PDLS (dynamic light system). I ordered this mainly for aesthetic reasons. The headlight surrounds with this option are dark grey as opposed the silver on the standard headlights.

- consider exterior package painted. This includes the rear apron, bottom of mirrors and front spoiler. This makes the car look more complete in my view, and I'm not a fan of the black plastic (on a light coloured car at least), especially under the mirrors.

- consider the PDK shifter in alloy. Not cheap, but looks superb !

Hope this helps !

Many thanks for your good suggestions and Congratulations on your well appointed acquisition!

Some comments:

- I'm considering removing the steering column leather. I agree as this looks like an afterthought...

- I'm seriously considering additional leather pkg, but again it's > $1.7K! Will have to think about it more

- Neutral on leather console surround. I think the shiny metal/alloy kinda goes with the rest of shiny interior parts

- I think the standard silver headlights look good as it matches with the aluminium trim option that I added. I do agree with you though, that black headlights look very sporty/exclusive and nice...but man...that option is costly!

- I totally agree on the exterior pkg painted. Let me think about it more.

- The PDK selector in Aluminium looks fantastic in pic when configured. Definitely leaning towards it!

I'd LOVE to see how your car looks, especially if you have PDK selector upgrade. PLEASE post pics soon!

Congrats and can't wait too see it !! The espresso will look great with GT sliver. I would suggest ordering some Euro Side Markers before the car comes in. Wouldn't want to drive a beautiful 991 around town with bright orange markers. Enjoy and post some pictures when it comes in.

@ozdave

Great car .... please post some outdoor pics as well .... thank you.

And why Platinum silver now and not GT silver again?

I want the same wheels but with GT silver .... do you think this will work?

Best

Will post some more picks over the weekend.

Re choice of platinum silver, I love the GT silver but I felt i should order a different colour than my 997.2, even if only a different shade of silver !

GT silver should still work with the platinum gloss wheels but as others have said, the platinum silver has a slightly more earthy tone which works well with the platinum gloss wheels so platinum silver may be a better option with those wheels. Have you considered the Sport Techno wheels? These are painted GT silver (partially) so match perfectly and in my view look superb (they are wider as well 305mm).

It's a beauty especially with all blacks exterior areas painted...The platinum wheels go very nicely with the Platinum silver!

This is definitely an exclusive car, inside and out!

Thanks or sharing the list, it's very helpful!
