Default Gas tank location
Sorry guys, stupid question here.
Where Is the fuel tank located in the 991, front or rear next to the engine?
My guess is that it is in front where the filler cap is, but my car seems to sit lower in the back when the tank is full, Is this possible?

front, not sure about rear sitting lower.. the front springs are so soft that the front raises and lowers like an inch when you get in/out of the car.

there's no space in the back for the gas tank ..

the gas tank must be in between the front firewall and the front compartment

Yes it is - Porsche was kind enough to move it out of the crush zone in front of the front axles many years ago!
