How western in PA? Dont forget Armando's in Canfield. Right off the turnpike. Go further west and you have 3 more: Cascade in Akron/Canton, Penske in Cleveland East Side right off I-271 and Porsche of North Olmstead on west side of Cleveland. Penske and PNO do pretty high volume compared to the other two.

Two dealers offering 7 % on base coupe. One dealer in dc are other near Philly. Dc dealer marking up his buy rate by 1.2%, the other is not. The more heavily optioned cars usually get higher discounts too, or so I have been told

'Discounts' per the OP are the same on the 1st day of the month as the last. The real issue (not so much with Porsche) is that factory incentives for the customer sometimes end at the end of the month. The majority of sales managers are not going to discount the car any more just because it's the end of the month as they would at the beginning.
