Porsche 991 - Why Cover the Entire Car?
This client, lives in one of the busiest area in the country - San Francisco City. This means parking the vehicle anywhere can easily mean scratches, dings, and even vandalism. Here's an example of how paint protection film (clear bra / clearguard / stoneguard) can save your OEM paint:

Premier,
This may not a be a bad way to go with a dual use track/street car. Do you cut the sheets by hand? Are there pieces that are pre-cut already?

Paint protection film is not a science...it's really an art / craft. This is why some are opposed to it while others believe in it whole heartedly. Those who dislike may have seen a bad installation or a partial application where the line is visible. Installation is such an integral part that the results can be night and day between companies. Pick the right guy to do it and the results will be "clear".

i've had someone do a parallel parking bump, scrape, and run on my front and it protected the paint. I did have one side marker cracked and damaged, but the paint was in pristine condition when I had premier remove then redo it. Worth the $$$

Here is another incident in which the customer had his car keyed at Starbucks. The entire front end was protected (full hood, full fenders, bumper), so there was no damage to those areas, but the doors and beyond were keyed down to the primer.

Some have asked why we post pictures that essentially do not show anything. Our answer...it's exactly the point. Taking photos that are far away does not show the details that go into any protective film application performed by us. We prefer to show things up close for everyone to see the possibilities when it comes to paint protection film (clear bra). Now the appearance of this material will show more based on color of the vehicle's paint, but it is visible in certain lighting conditions. Naturally the darker the color of the car, the greater the variance in the texture of the product regardless of manufacturer, but for the most part - what you see in the photos would be an excellent representation in how clear bra looks in person.

umm, no. While I applaud your work, the only picture that was representative of your work was the shot of the headlight washer. I can imagine why they said the above quoted comment. Your pictures are too far away. People want to see closer. The edge of the doors, hood, etc. We don't need to be far away, because "it doesn't how anything."

close ups! Film is tucked around edges where possible so seams do not show.
Tailights were removed so the seams are not visible at a

Nice work gentlemen!
I don't think people realize how difficult paint protection film is to install. It truly is an art and finding a good installer is not easy. You guys do great work! Keep it up...
