The center locks should be standard on the 991 GT3.
I'm guessing DrJay has some type of photo deblurryizeromatic. I can't see the wheels well enough (on my HD computer display) to tell if they're there, or not. Porsche probably has prototypes for the test track, and others for road testing (hence the dressed down 5 lug version caught up close).

I dont know about your HD screen, but the 5 lug wheels are pretty damned obvious.
