When can we buy 991?

You can still order 997 GTS for a short time, but you would need to get the order in relatively soon. We have already taken several deposits for the 991, but we do not have the allocations to actually build the cars yet.

That is precisely the problem when you build a really good car. The result is that you can only sell a new model to those who have to absolutely have the latest of every car.

My primary reason for upgrade is PDK and DFI. Now that the decision has been made to upgrade to the next model, it makes sense to wait for 991. What's the latest model that has all the features I am looking for?

I've seen enough of the 991 to know it will meet my needs when I'm ready to buy a new 911. But like others, I'm still very satisfied with my 997.1 and don't see a reason to buy another one for at least 3-4 years. The question then for me would be new 991 vs. used 997.2 GT3 or GT3 RS.
