OT New 991 almost naked

This is a totally biased opinion about the 991, because I like everything about my 997.
1. Signal/running lights on front are too large, but they match the "Bug-Eye" headlights.
2. Mirrors too large and protruding.
3. Engine hood ends abruptly, midway over taillights.
4. Large hole in rear, between exhausts.
5. Not sure about taillights, as they remain cloaked.
6. GTx type wheels are nice.
7. Can't say anything good about the interior.
8. Not sure about the shape and angle of the windshield.
What will the US rear bumper look like?
What does the rear wing look like when extended?

I just don't understand a 7 speed manual transmission. Unless perhaps 7th gear is a hyper overdrive gear for autobahn speeds only, never to be used in normal driving. But for normal driving, 7 is just 1 too many for the right arm and left foot to deal with regularly.

Also new pedestrian impact cushioning regulations and larger side mirror regulations may have influenced raising frunk lid and "elephant ear" mirrors

The rear spoiler is wider and actually extends beyond the decklid dimensions in order to give greater downforce for an added safety factor for a car clearly capable of getting near 200 mph in one of its future forms. (I would imagine that within a year or two some future version of the 991 will be capable of such speeds. The GT3 and GT2 versions will no doubt retain the fixed rear tails, but the others more conventional 991 cars will demand greater rear spoiler authority for safety).
I'm guessing that for a price the side mirrors can be substituted by rear-looking cameras, providing a significantly cleaner .cd for the 991.
