Not quite as different as I thought it might be. (Which is good for us 997 owners I think)

We'll have to see in the flesh. In that photograph it sure is sweet looking.

So is this official then?

Wish they would have kept the rear lenses more 997.2 than 997.1! Just looks sleeker.

Think any dealership will accept my deposit on the Turbo more than 12 months out?

Hmmm....The new GT3 car will be pretty good if a standard S gets a 400hp motor.

I don't mind the look, still very 911ish, just a question of what it will feel like when driving it.

Those are just renderings, and from my perspective they are absolutely dreadful, and don't resemble what it will look like in the slightest. Whoever did that rendering didn't even bother to change the position of the mirrors.
