Default 275s up front?

Has anyone tried a 275/30/20 street tire on the front of these cars? I feel the chassis desperately needs more mechanical grip up front.

I do have the entire SPL kit up front to facilitate fitment, but was wondering if anyone has tried this already and had an easy button.

If you’re replacing 245/35s and do the math
(245x0.35)/0.3 it actually comes out to 285/30…

I increased the front track with spherical bearing control arms and increased camber and that helped grip a lot

Yeah, I’m less worried about diameter, and more worried about fitting that width within the fenders.

Yeah, I’ve got the SPL LCA on there to maximize track width, but it still feels criminally under tired up front.
